Spend the spring in Boston doing an internship for credit!

SBS in Boston is still open to students who are interested in spending the spring in the Boston area, interning for credit, and taking a professional development course with a cohort of your peers. Participants have the option of living at the Mount Ida campus, where the food is still UMass Dining, the parking is free, and you can take public transportation to many internship sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for seniors who have completed their major requirements but still need credits, and/or for out-of-state or international students who would like to experience a semester in the Boston area.

The application deadline in Handshake is Nov. 15th.  Because you likely won’t have secured an internship by course registration, we suggest registering for classes as if you will be in Amherst, and then you can withdraw from those once you get an internship.
