The Isenberg Undergraduate Consulting Group (IUCG) provides a venue for students to gain the academic and practical knowledge to pursue careers in management consulting while giving back to the local community in a meaningful way. Through pro-bono consulting engagements, IUCG brings a new level of analytical solutions to address the strategic, operational and technological problems faced by businesses and non-profits around the Globe. From hosting corporate speakers and recruiters, to developing both the hard and soft skills necessary to succeed, we aim to help our members get to and ace the interview with top tier firms. We are passionate about solving challenging problems, finding rewarding career opportunities, and bringing our school to its highest potential.
Junior Analysts participate in a development program during their first semester to develop core skills required to succeed as an Analyst. Junior Analysts gain exposure to business school case studies, conducting research, receiving feedback, and revising work in a case team setting. Junior analysts who successfully complete the program and demonstrate the values of IUCG are promoted to full time Analysts at the end of their first semester with the group.
