Lime Connect Discovery Program: A First-Year Experience

We are excited to share information about the Lime Connect Discovery Program: A First-Year Experience, designed especially for students with disabilities transitioning to the university setting. Lime Connect is a global 501(c)(3) not-for-profit that’s rebranding disability through achievement. Lime Connect is focused on attracting, preparing, and connecting high-achieving professionals and university students – including veterans – who have all types of disabilities for scholarships, leadership programs, internships and full-time careers with the world’s leading corporations with whom it partners.

As a Discovery Program participant, you are invited to participate in a 5-part series of virtual workshops that include:

  • Making a smooth transition to college/university
  • Tips for creating a polished resume
  • Creating a “stand out” LinkedIn profile
  • How to prepare for effective interviewing & networking
  • Whether, when and how to talk about your disability

The program ends with an invitation only, country specific (U.S. or Canada) networking event with Lime Corporate Partners who are leading companies in their respective countries, if not globally.
