Boston Children’s Hospital, named the #1 pediatric hospital in the U.S. by Newsweek, is excited to announce its 2026 Research Recruitment Week, held February 23rd, 2026 – February 26th, 2026. 

Research Recruitment Week is an annual, invite-only event that gives upcoming graduates the opportunity to meet directly with hiring managers and principal investigators across Boston Children’s Hospital’s research community. Participants are hand-selected based on their academic achievements, interests, and potential fit for research roles.

To be considered for attendance, you must:

  • Be a recent or upcoming graduate in Winter 2025, Spring 2026 or Summer 2026.
  • Receiving a BA/BS in Biology, Chemistry, Neuroscience, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Interest in working in Bench/Wet lab and/or Clinical Research. Prior experience is highly preferred.

NIH: Summer Internship Program Information Session

Good for Undergraduates and Graduate Students:

An opportunity for students in college, graduate, and professional school to perform a summer research internship in the Intramural Research Program at the NIH.

Attend this Info Session to learn more before the application deadline of Feb 18.  The NIH requires all applicants to be US Citizens or Green Card holders.

These are full-time research positions within one of the NIH Institutes and Centers (IC) in the NIH Intramural Research Program (IRP). Research groups are located on all NIH campuses, including the main campus in Bethesda, MD.

Summer interns work in a research group directed by a Principal Investigator (PI). We offer research opportunities in the biomedical, behavioral, and social sciences with opportunities to explore basic, translational, and clinical research. Students interested in biology, engineering, epidemiology, psychology, mathematics, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, nursing, physics, computer science, bioinformatics, and other health-related fields are invited to apply.
