Rob Moore (Computer Systems Engineering ’02, Northeastern Law ’06) is an independent contractor with Volpe Koenig. He is an intellectual property strategist and litigator who helps clients devise IP strategies tailored to their long- and medium-term goals and their larger business objectives. Besides helping clients understand, protect, and extract the value of their innovations and brands, he also advises clients on how to mitigate the threat of infringement allegations. Attorney Moore has been involved in some of the most successful patent monetization and divesture programs of the last fifteen years.
Alex Nemtzow (Physics & Political Science ’12, UVA Law ’17) is a Senior Associate at WilmerHale, where he handles matters in a wide range of technology areas, including quantum computing, integrated circuits, semiconductor fabrication, data compression, telecommunications networks, medical devices and consumer products. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Attorney Nemtzow was a patent examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Zach Nemtzow (Physics & Political Science ’12, UVA Law ’17 is also a Senior Associate at WilmerHale where he focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, post grant proceedings and patent litigation. Attorney Nemtzow handles matters in a wide range of technology fields including data storage, telecommunications networks, mobile devices, semiconductors and consumer products. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Attorney Nemtzow was a patent examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
