Welcome to the Oliver Wyman – Integrated Consulting Group Simulation! 

This is an immersive experience designed to introduce you to the high-impact work of one of the world’s leading management consulting firms. At Oliver Wyman, we work at the forefront of strategy, risk, and transformation. Within the Integrated Consulting Group (ICG), we focus on solving complex challenges in the insurance, actuarial, and asset management spaces, blending analytical depth with client-focused solutions. 

This simulation places you in the role of a consultant on a real-worldinspired engagement. You’ll work through multiple stages of a client project, from identifying business performance issues to developing dashboards and delivering final recommendations. Along the way, you’ll strengthen your skills in analysis, storytelling, collaboration, and structured problem-solving, all essential qualities for a future consultant.

Whether you’re exploring consulting for the first time or looking to sharpen your understanding of what the role entails, this simulation offers you a meaningful opportunity to challenge yourself. You’ll gain a clearer picture of the work we do, the people we work with, and the standards we uphold at Oliver Wyman.
