ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

The Fellowship Program is a year-long, full-time, entry-level position designed to teach fellows the fundamental facets of our industry, our company, and its departments. Our fellows have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most innovative thinkers in health-and-wellness advertising.

We will support you, help you navigate the beginning of your career, and facilitate building your business and industry knowledge.

A Mentor

– You’ll gain the opportunity to grow and develop with a senior agency employee who will provide guidance and industry insights throughout the program.

– The Fellowship Program is a high-visibility initiative that offers tremendous potential for growth. At the end of their fellowship, many Fellows will be asked to stay and receive promotions.

We’re seeking candidates to join our network as fellows in roles such as:

Account Services, Finance, Growth, Human Resources, Project Management, Public Relations, Resource Management, Strategy, and Submissions.

Salary Range based on Hub/Location – $45,000-$55,000
