We have hundreds of exclusive rental listings in the Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, Hyde Park, and Mission Hill neighborhoods of Boston, and we are continuing to expand. Our small team of seasoned professionals is looking to add a new full time agent to help us keep up with our rapid growth.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a newly licensed agent with 2 years or less experience working in real estate, who is excited about growing a business of their own. Success in real estate is based around relationships, networking, and customer service, so we are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who loves working with people.
-A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is comfortable outside of a structured corporate environment
-Prior team experience is preferred (sports, sales, etc.)
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Basic computer competency and familiarity with Google G suite preferred
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills (prior customer-facing experience preferred)
-Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
-Well versed in social media a plus, specifically Facebook and Instagram
-Willing to work outside standard 9am-5pm business hours- leads come in through calls, texts, and emails all hours of the day, and your success if based on answering them in a timely fashion
What you’ll do:
-Take photographs and prepare listings for new properties
-Market listings through several different online platforms
-Take prospective clients to see properties
-Present offers and facilitate negotiations between clients, buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, etc.
-Prepare leasing documents and sale agreements, and collect deposits and fees
-Facilitate rental unit transitions when clients are moving in/out (typically in person)
-Assist team as needed with some office administration activities
-A valid MA real estate salesperson license or in the process of obtaining one
-A reliable car capable of seating at least 4 people
-A cell phone and laptop

Salary: $50,000.00 to $125,000.00 /year
