OpenX Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Summer Intern to join our fun, dynamic and high-performing Business Intelligence team within the Finance organization. Our team’s mission is to steer the financial growth of OpenX through the delivery of world-class financial intelligence, guidance and services. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a current undergraduate or graduate student with an interest in pursuing a career in data analytics. You will have the opportunity to design and execute quantitative analyses using huge and complex data sets, and learn about the dynamic ad tech industry from within one of its leading companies.
Internship will be from June 5 – August 25

What You Will Do

    • Assist Business Intelligence team to build performance and revenue reporting tools for internal customers-
    • Assist Business Intelligence team and partner with business segment owners on ad-hoc analysis-
    • Execute deep dive quantitative analyses that translates data into actionable insights
    • Forecasting and Budgeting- Assist in preparing revenue forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
    • Ad Tech Industry Exploration- Learn about the ad tech ecosystem, industry dynamics, competitors, and business models- Work cross-functionally with other internal teams to support high-impact projects- Present analysis and recommendations to senior management

What You Will Bring

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major or emphasis in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math or similar discipline
    • Proven proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides-
    • Beginner or intermediate level SQL skills-
    • Strong ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with management and cross-functional teams
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
$17 – $20 an hour

OpenX is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in New York, New Jersey, California, and Colorado, the pay range is $17 – $20 per hour . A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.  The pay range may differ in other states.
