Business Development Representative (BDR) Role prepares entry level candidates for a rewarding sales career with a promote from within culture. This role is centered around lead generation and producing future talent for our sales organization. We are supported by many business partners that will provide the tools necessary to help you develop the skill set needed to drive impact on lead generation, business acumen, and a prescriptive approach that will support you during and after the BDR role.

- Maintaining a high-level of prospecting activities: 50 calls and 40 emails per day to key personnel up to, and including, C-Level Executives.
- Finding and qualifying new opportunities for the sales organization
- Developing a solid understanding of Oracle NetSuite solutions and become a trusted advisor to prospects.
- Building credibility with C- Level Executives to uncover business needs + upcoming projects , + business priority

California Pay Range: from $18.41 to $32.26 per hour; from $38,300 to $67,100 per annum. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 – 90/10.
Colorado Pay Range: from $18.41 to $32.26 per hour; from $38,300 to $67,100 per annum. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 – 90/10.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
