Human Resources System:
Learn and implement company policies and procedures for recruiting, hiring, training and management of staff, interns, volunteers to ensure that our HR processes and systems are being met. Additionally, to post positions, schedule and attend career and job fairs, engage in community outreach.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Learn existing systems and processes including recruitment, hiring and training practices, work scheduling, custom benefits programs implemented in other businesses and organizations.
- Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
- Implementation of chosen software (if necessary)
- Training on maintenance tasks
- Skills & Experience in human resources
- Background in HR or operations
- Experience with HR management software
