About us:

Snaphomz is a US-based real estate startup reimagining how people buy and sell homes.

Our mission:

Make real estate transparent, tech-enabled, and human-first. We’re expanding our creative team to craft property showcase videos,
lifestyle reels, and original podcast content. This internship offers direct exposure to professional video production and the opportunity to shape the
visual storytelling of the Snaphomz brand.

About the Role:

As a Video Production Intern, you will join our fast-paced content division and assist in filming property walkthroughs, producing branded real estate
content, and supporting all stages of podcast video production. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure
polished media output, consistent with our messaging and visual standards. Clear and consistent coordination with all team members is a core
requirement. The intern must follow all shoot directions provided by the team and comply strictly with all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
before, during, and after shoots.

What You’ll Do:

  • Pre-production planning: coordinate shoot logistics, arrange site visits, schedule interviews, and prepare shoot lists for property and
podcast sessions alongside the marketing and sales teams.
  • Team coordination: regularly communicate with the creative, marketing, sales, and tech teams to ensure everyone is prepared for
upcoming shoots, clarify shoot objectives, gather feedback, and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Execute shoot direction: follow all creative and technical instructions from directors, producers, and team leads precisely for each property
shoot and podcast session, ensuring the vision is achieved and standards are met.
  • SOP adherence: review and implement all shoot-related SOPs prior to each session, including equipment setup, checklist completion, safety
standards, file organization, and client-facing best practices.
  • Camera operation: set up, frame, and shoot property walkthroughs, agent interviews, lifestyle shots, and multi-camera podcast episodes in
line with shoot direction and SOPs.
  • Lighting & audio: Install and adjust studio and portable lights, place microphones, monitor sound levels, and troubleshoot equipment as
per team instructions and established protocols.
  • On-site direction: Interact with agents, homeowners, and guests to maintain smooth production flow under guidance from team leaders,
coach participants on-camera, and ensure brand guidelines and directions are followed.
  • BTS capture: shoot and edit behind-the-scenes reels for team documentation and social media, adhering to all workflow guidelines.
  • Video editing: organize and edit footage, color-correct shots, sync audio tracks, and prepare clips as specified in SOPs and team briefs.
  • Motion graphics: create branded animations, transitions, and overlays aligned with team vision and brand requirements.
  • Post-production workflow: back up and catalog raw footage, set up review links, and export videos in various formats, following step-by-
    step SOP checklists.
  • Team meetings: regularly participate in content planning, workflow updates, and feedback sessions, and take ownership of implementing
    shared directions.
  • Workflow documentation: update checklists, create shot lists, and maintain standard operating procedures for repeatable production
    quality.
  • Suggest creative ideas and formats for reels and content, discussing proposals with the team and executing only approved concepts
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Familiarity with real estate, lifestyle, or podcast filming (property walkthroughs, interviews, vlogs).
  • Commitment to following all team directions and company SOPs at each production stage.
  • Comfort with cross-team collaboration and active communication with team members in both remote and on-site settings.
  • Ability to operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and basic audio gear; quick learner of specified production protocols.
  • Intermediate skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve), comfortable iterating on team feedback.
  • Experience with motion graphics or willingness to work in collaborative projects with designers.
  • Organized approach to asset management and workflow documentation.
  • A portfolio, work samples, or links to past media projects are preferred.

    Skills:

  • Team and cross-department coordination
  • Shoot direction execution
  • SOP adherence and documentation
  • Camera operation and video shooting
  • Lighting and audio setup
  • Video editing and review process
  • Motion graphics basics
  • Social media video formats

    Why Snaphomz:

  • Direct experience collaborating with teams on real estate marketing, property video, and podcast production, with a strong focus on
    process discipline.
  • Learn industry-standard SOPs and direction-taking for high-quality media output and professionalism.
  • Opportunity to contribute ideas and grow within a dynamic team while learning structured creative operations.
  • Flexible remote or on-site US internship, minimum 20 hours per week.
  • Pathway to full-time based on performance, execution, and creative contribution.
  • Employment type: Internship
  • Schedule: Part-time
  • Hours: Flexible, minimum 20/week
  • Location: US / Remote within the US
