Our top investment sales team is now expanding upon that successful sales platform and is seeking a full-time Investment Sales Associate to provide support service in those areas previously under-served with strong local expertise and best-in-class service. With a tremendous amount of new assignments, we are looking to add a skilled, team-oriented, supporting-level Associate to help grow the investment sales reach.
- Provide day-to-day support of all sales team activities
- Participate in the entire sales and marketing cycle
- General relationships with building owners, managing agents and investors
- Develop market expertise and local area knowledge
- Represent owners in the sale negotiations of their assets
- Work in close concert with Investment Sales Teams in company presentations
- Assist in the management of multiple marketing and sales processes for numerous properties
- Identify new opportunities by staying abreast of market trends and development
- Become active in the commercial real estate investment sales community
- Should have proficient knowledge of Office Suite
