UMass Boxing also allowed me to do the same. Not only was I training and participating in the organization, but through a PR course I had stepped into the role as their PR Communications officer and PR specialist, helping to grow the organizations visibility across campus. I’m thankful to the UMass Journalism department, and PR professors for the support and learning that helped set up me up for success post-grad, as well as the many connections I made along the way.”
