Jon is a Sr. Business Analyst in the Market Insights and Analytics Team at Aspen Technology. He does industry and competitive research, composing quarterly reports to be presented and distributed throughout the company. Additionally, Jon analyzes customer usage of the company’s products, identifying trends for teams throughout the organization. Jon says, “Resource Economics not only provided me with the skills necessary to succeed in any environment, but also gifted me with relationships that will last a lifetime.”
While at UMass, Jon:
• Interned as an Economic & Public Policy Research Assistant at the UMass Donahue Institute
• Was a board member of the Resource Economics Society
• Was on the SBS Dean’s Student Advisory Council
• Went on Domestic Exchange to University of Colorado – Colorado Springs
• Was a Resident Assistant, and 2018 RA of the Year Nominee
