In Sana’s role as Financial Systems Analyst at the Federal Reserve, she works with several different financial data sets used to make monetary policy decisions, such as H.4.1 (the US Balance Sheet) and Reserves data.  Working for such a diverse agency has allowed her to contribute to various different work groups and learn from colleagues with a wide range of
expertise. She is constantly learning something new and taking on new responsibilities that work towards achieving the Federal Reserve’s mission.

Prior to starting at the Federal Reserve, Sana held internships as a Statistical Associate at ETS, as a Financial Institution Intern at the FDIC, and as a Trade Finance Intern at Habib American Bank.

While at UMass, Sana:
• Was a Research Assistant for UMass Experimental Economics
• Was a Teaching Assistant for Plagues, Food & People
• Completed an honors thesis on The Impact of Digital Identity on Industries and Consumers
• Was in Iota Gamma Upsilon Sorority
