Featured Profile: Alan Gaitenby

Alan Gaitenby is a senior lecturer in legal studies. His interests range from the construction of socially meaningful spaces (online and off) to the political and social implications of the discourse of exposure / privacy, and the aesthetics of data. He has published on online dispute and conflict resolution in journals including the University of Toledo Law Review, the Asian Dispute Review, Ohio State Journal of Dispute Resolution, and the International Journal of Arbitratio, and he has served as the executive director of the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution and the Editor of ADRonline Monthly.
