Atlantic Real Estate Services is looking to hire and train a full time industrial real estate sales and leasing associate. This person will go through Atlantic’s training program which includes assisting an established industrial real estate agent in order to learn the business and gain experience. Once sufficient competency has been demonstrated this person will also be given their own sales territory to prospect when not assisting the established agent. After 12-18 months, the candidate will become a full time salesperson working on a commission only basis.

Income – The salary for this position during the training program is $55,000/year. If you have what it takes and are willing to work hard our proven business plan is designed to facilitate a multiple six-figure income within a few years.

Responsibilities
· Prepare property reports for potential clients and customers
· Prepare RFPs and offers for clients and customers
· Gather data about a particular market segment or specific property market analysis
· Research appropriate contact information for companies or property owners
· Make prospecting calls in person and over the phone
· Build relationships with potential clients and customers
· Coordinate email marketing campaigns

Qualifications
· The highest moral and ethical standards
· Hard working, self-starter, enjoys dealing with people and building relationships
· Previous business and real estate experience is preferred but not required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
· Ability to effectively research and gather information about properties or companies
· Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
· Comfortable making cold calls in-person and over the phone
· Ability to obtain a real estate salesperson license in NJ and PA within 1 month of being hired
· Has a valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
