Carlos Pereira’23, Political Science is the direct manager of 101 associates at an Amazon Fulfillment Center. He schedules associates, approves time off, plans shifts, delivers write ups and terminations, accommodates employee needs, coaches employees on standard work tips and safety protocol, ‘messes around with excel sheets’, and helps out his direct reports when he’s got down time.
