Eli Simon recently began his first role post-UMass as a Customer Success Associate with CustomGPT, an AI startup. Elis says: “Working in a startup environment has allowed me to engage with multiple facets of the business. As a customer success associate, I communicate with both our existing and prospective clients, assist in refining our marketing initiatives, and manage new product launches.”  And about his time at UMass, Eli says: Being a research assistant gave me valuable experiences in presenting, managing long term projects, and working in global teams. Studying abroad was an amazing opportunity to experience culture in Europe. While in DSP [business fraternity] we had many workshops that helped improve my networking and professionalism.
