Gabriella Galuzzo’23 is a paralegal on a mass tort bankruptcy case. She answers incoming phone calls and emails from clients to answer questions and provide case updates. She also works with survivors of sexual abuse to help them share their stories and obtain justice.  Prior to starting this job, Gabriella had a summer internship with with the Suffolk County (NY) District Attorney’s Office.  While doing the internship, she was studying for the LSAT, and plans to attend law school beginning Fall 2024.

While at UMass, Gabriellawas a customer service representative at the Brett Residential Service Desk, and says “The customer service and organizational skills I developed while working in this position have helped me immensely in my current position as a paralegal. Every semester at UMass, I took a full course load and was able to graduate a year early.”  Gabriella also completed a minor in Political Science.
