Hunter Fairchild’23, Political Science, is an 1L (first year) law student at George Washington School of Law. He went right into law school after graduation, and plans to complete a legal internship during his first summer as a law student. While he was a student, he had an internship in the Human Security Lab at UMass. He participated in a club but says it was really the internship opportunity that was a major benefit in getting accustomed to professional work.
