In her role as Associate General Counsel at Cambium Learning Group, Ms. Cohen focuses on employment and corporate law, and is passionate about bringing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into the workplace. Prior to Cambium, Michelle was the Deputy General Counsel at Dassault Systèmes for a decade. She graduated from Suffolk Law with a JD in 2006.
Michelle is passionate about supporting UMass Amherst. She has volunteered for the Alumni Association for almost a decade and is currently the President-Elect. Michelle also serves on the advisory committee for SBS RISE.
